The real strength of Concentrator systems are when large volume, low temperature/VOC concentration air is collected usually from multiple overhead fume collection hoods.
With concentrator systems we use either Zeolite or Carbon adsorbents. Our units can handle volumes in the order of 5,000 cfm to 100,000 cfm or higher. Concentration ratios can range from 5:1 to 3000:1.
Turner Envirologic Concentrators can be either fixed bed, carousel or fluidized bed configurations.
Concentrators coupled with our oxidizer offer highly efficient low capital cost environmental solutions when compared with oxidizer-only systems.
For the cost effective treatment when faced with high VOC concentration ratios we can dovetail less expensive Direct Fired Oxidizers with concentrators. Again for destruction efficiencies of 95-99%.
